On September 27-28, 2018, the ALE “Grain Union of Kazakhstan” organized the second international conference “Kazakh Durum Days” in Astana, which was attended by over 100 representatives of 64 companies from 9 countries. The purpose of the conference was to discuss the significant events of the grain sector and prospects on global durum wheat trade, as well as to establish business contacts, conduct business negotiations and obtain relevant market information on the main trends in the industry.

This event was held with the support of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” and Syngenta Kazakhstan acted as a partner. In addition, the event was sponsored by such companies as Atameken-Agro, Baltic Control Kazakhstan and Fergus Kazakhstan.
