In accordance with the Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Development of Land Relations”, since the beginning of this year, it has become possible in Kazakhstan to track the ownership of certain agricultural land plots by economic entities in real time.
In the public domain on the Internet resource of the automated information system of the state land cadastre (AIS SLC), located at http://aisgzk.kz/, there is complete information about the entities that received the land plot, indicating all the grounds and regulatory legal acts.
The main goal of implementing the system is to implement a convenient and functional way to provide cadastral information to individuals and legal entities, government agencies and institutions.
The Ministry of Agriculture thus reaffirms its commitment to openness and paperwork reduction.
