Kazakhstan has decided to simplify the process of providing subsidies to farmers. Details were provided by the Ministry of Agriculture.
At the moment, to receive state support, plant growers had to provide a “field map” in electronic format. It required crop rotation to be indicated. The analysis showed that in this format the document does not make any sense, but at the same time it complicates the distribution of subsidies.
The department suggested abandoning the “field map”. When making calculations, it is proposed to be guided by the area of fields included in the land cadastre. The purchase of seeds and preparations can be confirmed by invoices. The applicant will be given the right to independently determine the cultures, which are now formed into groups.
The Ministry of Agriculture is going to resume the practice of providing “field maps” after the complete digitization of all areas of the agro-industrial complex, the introduction of a traceability program and the expansion of the “Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary” system.
