In order to ensure food security and support agricultural producers, JSC NC Food Corporation begins accepting agricultural products of the 2024 harvest under the forward purchase program.
The following purchase prices for wheat have been set:
— wheat of class 3 (gluten from 27%) – 100,000 tenge with VAT;
— wheat of class 3 (gluten from 25%) – 90,000 tenge with VAT;
— wheat of class 3 (gluten from 23%) – 85,000 tenge with VAT.
Acceptance of agricultural products is carried out for the amount of advance payment at licensed grain receiving enterprises that have been determined by the Food Corporation.
A favorable assessment of the 2024 harvest, including the quality indicators of grain, enables JSC NC Food Contract Corporation to offer the indicated prices. The projected volume and quality of the harvest were obtained due to an increase in the level of compliance with agricultural technologies, for which a record amount of funding was allocated in 2024 - 3.1 times higher than in 2023.
Today, there is a high interest in the supply of Kazakhstani grain to foreign markets. This is facilitated by the strengthening of interaction between market participants and the national carrier JSC NC KTZ, as well as the full readiness of terminals for grain transshipment at seaports in the Caspian Sea.
