Kazakhstan: Food Corporation announced the start of forward purchases of agricultural crops for the 2022 harvest

National Company Food Contract Corporation JSC announced the start of forward purchases of agricultural products in 2022. This follows from a message posted on the company's website on January 14.
As specified, the list of purchased crops has been expanded to ten items: soft wheat, durum wheat, barley, oats, sunflower, flax and rapeseed seeds, soybeans, buckwheat and corn.
The amount of advance payment for purchases is indicated in the message. Other main criteria are also given there.
Recall that earlier the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan announced plans to increase the amount of pre-financing of forward purchases in 2022 to 80 billion tenge, which is 2 times higher than last year.
