The Ministry of Agriculture published on the website "Open Government" a draft on amendments and additions to the order "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing in the framework of guaranteeing and insuring loans of subjects of the agro-industrial complex."
In particular, the concept of “beginner entrepreneur” has been introduced, which will make it possible to use support for lending to this category of agribusinessmen.
It is also proposed to reduce the maximum loan amount from the current five to one billion tenge, which will increase the coverage of supported small and medium-sized businesses.
In addition, it is envisaged to reduce the guarantee fee from 30 to 20% of the guarantee amount, while the local executive body provides a one-time subsidy of no more than 19.99% (in the previous edition - 29.9%) of the guarantee amount, 0.01% pays borrower.
Previously, changes were made to the Rules for subsidizing insurance premiums.
