Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 2022 No. 110 “On some issues of export of certain goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan” introduces quotas for the export of wheat and flour. The order comes into force on April 19, 2022.
According to paragraph 5 of the Rules for the distribution of quantitative restrictions (quotas) approved by the above order, applicants who have sold 10% of the volume declared for export at a fixed price are allowed to distribute the wheat export quota.
Based on paragraph 7 of the Rules, we inform you that the purchase of soft wheat Triticum aestivum L. 3 classes (according to the quality parameters indicated below) JSC "NC "Food Corporation" will be carried out at the grain-receiving enterprises indicated in the appendix at 116 thousand tenge / ton (including VAT ) on the terms of EXW "Free elevator".
