Kazakhstan has issued quotas for the export of flour in the amount of 107 thousand 313.1 tons and wheat in the amount of 204 thousand 470.8 tons. Such data as of May 12 are provided by the State Inspectorate Committee in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Restrictions on the export of wheat and meslin (1 million tons), as well as wheat or wheat-rye flour (300 thousand tons) are in effect in Kazakhstan from April 19 to June 15. Thus, the balance of the quota for wheat is 795 thousand 529.2 tons and for flour 192 thousand 686.9 tons.
Over the past week, from May 4 to May 12, quotas were issued for the export of 73.7 tons of wheat and 18.6 tons of flour.
The distribution of quota volumes is carried out in a single automated system for managing the branches of the agro-industrial complex e-Agriculture (IS EASU) automatically when issuing phytosanitary certificates.
The allowable export limit per applicant is: 50 thousand tons for soft wheat, 10 thousand tons for flour.
To obtain a quota for the export of wheat, it is necessary to sell to the Food Corporation 10% of the volume declared for export at a fixed price of 116 thousand tenge / ton. As of May 11, 51 thousand 433.865 tons of wheat Triticum aestivum L. 3 class were shipped to the Food Corporation.
The distribution of quotas between applicants will be carried out until the volume is completely exhausted, after which the authorized body will refuse to issue a phytosanitary certificate.
