Kazhydromet determined the moisture reserves in the fields 23.05.2022 в 15:41 186 просмотров

From April 15 to May 12, Kazhydromet specialists conducted a spring route inspection of the main grain-growing regions and checked the actual moisture reserves in the soil.

“In the meter layer of soil, there were mainly insufficient conditions for moisture accumulation in the West Kazakhstan region, and insufficient conditions for moistening were also noted in places in some areas of Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Akmola, Pavlodar, Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions. In other regions, in the meter layer, there were mainly satisfactory and optimal moisture reserves,” Kazhydromet reported.

It is noted that in the arable layer of the soil (0-20 cm), where the root system is currently developing, mainly insufficient moisture reserves (below 50% of the lowest field moisture capacity) have formed in the Karaganda region, in the north and northeast of the West Kazakhstan region, in Kostanay region in Denisovsky, Karasusky, on separate fields of Fedorovsky and Karabalyksky districts, in the North Kazakhstan region in Akzharsky, Kyzylzharsky, Esilsky, on separate fields of Aiyrtausky, Musrepovsky and Akkainsky regions.

At the same time, according to weather forecasts, effective precipitation is still expected in the west and north of Kazakhstan in the third decade of May.

June in the western half of the country is predicted to be predominantly hot with rainfall below multi-year norms. The amount of precipitation is expected to be near the norm in June in North Kazakhstan, Akmola, Pavlodar, East Kazakhstan, in the north-eastern part of Kostanay, Karaganda, Almaty regions, in mountainous and foothill regions of the south and southeast of the country.
