The main conditions for the forward purchase of grain for 2022:
1. Financing of the forward purchase is carried out by JSC NC Food Corporation (Food Corporation) in the following order:
advance payment after the provision of collateral;
surcharge in the autumn period after the delivery of grain.
2. Types of agricultural products: soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), barley.
3. The amount of advance payment for grain purchased through forward purchase:

With VAT - for VAT payers.
Without VAT - for non-payers of VAT.
4. Securing the fulfillment of obligations - a guarantee of a social-entrepreneurial corporation, or a guarantee of a second-tier bank (within the established limits on direct and conditional obligations of counterparty banks of the Food Corporation);
5. The deadline for fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier is November 1, 2022.
6. Terms of delivery - EXW "free factory" (Incoterms-2020) to grain-receiving enterprises determined by the Food Corporation.
7. Purchase prices for agricultural products are set by the Food Corporation depending on the prices formed on the market during the delivery period, on the volume of agricultural production, on export prices for similar agricultural products at the main border crossings.
8. Forward purchase is carried out from Suppliers engaged in the production of agricultural products, including through the creation of a simple partnership / consortium on the basis of a joint activity agreement / consortium agreement in accordance with civil law, determined by the coordinating council and providing a guarantee to the social and entrepreneurial corporation and / or a guarantee second-tier bank (within the established limits approved by the Corporation)
9. Requirements for Suppliers participating in forward purchase:
1) the absence of tax arrears, arrears in the payment of mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions and social contributions;
2) the absence of overdue debts to financial institutions for more than 30 days;
3) the absence in the lists of insolvent debtors in respect of which there are court decisions on the application of procedures for debt restructuring, rehabilitation or bankruptcy, as well as the absence of unfulfilled judicial acts on the recovery of the amount / enforcement of obligations;
4) the absence of facts of the transfer in favor of the Food Corporation of grain receipts unsecured by the actual availability of grain, established by judicial acts and / or materials of criminal / civil / administrative cases;
5) the Supplier and/or persons affiliated (associated) with the Supplier (if it is possible to establish affiliation) have no disputable legal relations with the Food Corporation and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates;
6) other requirements stipulated by the internal regulatory documents of the Food Corporation.
Applications from potential suppliers for participation in forward purchases are accepted in electronic form on the Internet resource of the Food Corporation (www.fcc.kz), or in paper form at the regional offices of the Food Corporation at the following addresses:
