In Kazakhstan, as of June 8, quotas were issued for the export of wheat and meslin in the amount of 464 thousand 95.7 tons and wheat and wheat-rye flour in the amount of 242 thousand 408.7 tons. This was reported by the State Inspection Committee in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The rest of the quota for wheat is 535 thousand 904.3 tons and for flour - 57 thousand 591.3 tons.
The restriction on the export of flour and wheat was set until June 15, but the Ministry of Agriculture is currently considering extending the quotas until September 1.
According to the current rules, in order to obtain a quota for the export of grain, it is necessary to sell to the Food Corporation 10% of the volume declared for export at a fixed price of 116 thousand tenge / ton. As of the morning of June 8, 64 thousand 982.4 tons of wheat Triticum aestivum L. 3 classes were shipped to the Food Corporation.
The distribution of quota volumes is carried out in a single automated system for managing the branches of the agro-industrial complex e-Agriculture (IS EASU) automatically when issuing phytosanitary certificates. The allowable export limit per applicant is: 50 thousand tons for wheat, 10 thousand tons for flour.
The distribution of quotas between applicants will be carried out until the volume is completely exhausted, after which the authorized body will refuse to issue a phytosanitary certificate.
