The first agricultural equipment was handed over to peasant farms in the Kostanay region on Wednesday, August 17, under the program of concessional lending. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Kirovets K-735 tractors and the Essil KZS-750 harvester of domestic assembly were received by farmers of the Koktem farm, Galina Nurakhmetovna Utemisova and Z.M. Maibasova farm. No more than 10 days passed from the moment the application was submitted by peasant farms to the delivery of the keys to the equipment, the Ministry of Agriculture noted.
“Very good program, assistance to farmers, excellent conditions, no down payment. We got the opportunity to purchase a new Kirovets tractor, which has proven itself well, ”said the representative of the Maibasova Z.M. farm.
Acceptance of applications for participation in the program of preferential leasing of agricultural machinery of domestic production started on August 5. For its implementation, 40 billion tenge was allocated for the purchase of about 1,000 units of tractors, combines and other equipment.
Program conditions:
- lease term – up to 10 years;
- interest rate - 6% per annum;
- initial payment (advance payment) for leasing - 0%;
the grace period for repayment of the principal debt is 1 year.
As noted in the Ministry of Agriculture, the absence of a down payment and a pledge allows small and medium-sized agricultural formations to upgrade the fleet of equipment on preferential terms by the beginning of harvesting. In addition, thanks to the introduction of a scoring system in KazAgroFinance JSC, applications are considered as soon as possible and do not exceed five days.
The available conditions of the Program caused a great demand for domestically produced equipment. To date, 202 applications have already been received from agricultural producers in the amount of 15.4 billion tenge.
