According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as of October 1 of this year, the total reserves of oilseeds in Kazakhstan were estimated at 1.674 million tons, whereas three months earlier they amounted to 901.6 thousand tons.
At the same time, at the beginning of October, there were 17 thousand tons of oilseeds in crop production organizations, 338.3 thousand tons in peasant (farmer) farms, 230.4 thousand tons in oil and fat producers, 41.5 thousand tons in wholesale trade organizations, 1.04 million tons in other legal entities.
As specified, the total volume of sunflower seed stocks in the country at the beginning of this month amounted to 511.8 thousand tons (including food — 489.5 thousand tons), rapeseed — 225.1 thousand tons, flax seeds 751.2 thousand tons, soybeans — 53 thousand tons, mustard seeds — 13.1 thousand tons, safflower seeds - 113.7 thousand tons. tons, ginger seeds — 3.6 thousand tons.
