The Agrarian Credit Corporation has extended the deadline for accepting applications for index insurance of soil moisture deficiency (three-phase and two-phase) for grain crops until April 7, 2023 inclusive.
"Applications are accepted on the website Kezekte.kz . The cost of the insurance contract is reduced by 80% due to state subsidies, the operator of which is the Agrarian Credit Corporation," the ACC reported.
Recall that this year the list of agricultural crops subject to insurance with the participation of state support has been expanded. In addition to cereals (wheat, barley, oats, corn) and oilseeds (sunflower, rapeseed, flax), it includes: buckwheat, millet, grain sorghum, spring triticale, spring rye, peas, chickpeas, lentils, soy, spring ginger, safflower and mustard.
The period of insurance protection according to the soil moisture deficiency index (two phases) is from June 15 to September 15, according to the soil moisture deficiency index (three phases) - from May 15 to September 14.
Insurance contracts against excess moisture in the soil must be concluded before August 1, 2023. The insurance coverage period for this product is from August 15 to October 14, 2023.
