In the Turkestan region, the condition of winter wheat is good, the development phase is tillering and booting. The height of the plants reaches 8-16 cm. The average number of plants is 323-379 pieces.
In the south and southeast, the moisture supply of winter crops on the last day of the decade in the arable soil layer was optimal - from 37 mm to 52 mm, in the meter layer - from 173 mm to 441 mm of moisture reserves.
Under favorable conditions in the Almaty, Zhambyl and Turkestan regions, after preliminary soil treatment, they began sowing spring grains. In the early stages of sowing, spring barley shoots appeared and the plants were in good condition.
