On June 6, 2019 the Chairman of the ALE “Kazakh Grain Union” Mr. Ospanov took part in the meeting of the commission "Agricultural sector" at the consignment "Nur Otan".The agenda addressed issues of attracting modern agricultural technologies to increase 2.5 times the productivity of labor and export of processed products by 2022.

The following recommendations were voiced by the Kazakh Grain Union:

1. To envisage, from 2020, an increase in the budget loan in the amount of at least 200 billion tenge for agricultural producers to carry out spring field and harvesting works with a loan repayment period until July 1 of the next fiscal year;
2. To accelerate the work on the registration of the participation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants and to join the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV);
3. To limit the adoption by state bodies of decisions that create conditions for an unreasonable increase in prices for the material resources used in agricultural production.
