In Kazakhstan, a Republican Commission for Control over the Redistribution of Land for the Needs of the Rural Population, as well as the Rational Use of Land Resources, has been established. The corresponding order was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov.
The commission includes:
- Head - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, overseeing land relations;
- Deputy Head - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Secretary - Chairman of the Committee for Land Resources Management of the Ministry of Agriculture;
- Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) (subject to agreement);
- Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Head of the Service for the Protection of Public Interests of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (subject to agreement);
- Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Security of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan (subject to agreement);
- Deputy Akims of the regions.
Recall that the Land Seizure Commission in Kazakhstan changed its name and format of work following the instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A special commission will form two lists: bona fide and unscrupulous land users. The criteria for selecting bona fide land users are as follows: they use the land for its intended purpose, pay taxes, attract investments, live in the same area and invest in its development. Unscrupulous land users do not use, or use their land plots in violation of the law.
