Kazhydromet presented the weather forecast for Kazakhstan in November. During the month, frequent alternations of warm and frosty days are predicted, with precipitation in the form of snow, and in the southwestern and southern regions - rain with snow.
At the beginning of the first ten days of November, an increase in air temperature is predicted: in the north, in the center and in the east of the republic at night from -5 + 5 ° C to + 2 + 8 ° C, during the day from + 2 + 7 ° C to + 7 + 12 ° C, then a gradual decrease is predicted at night to - 2-8 ° C, during the day to 0, - 5 ° C.
In the south of the republic from November 4 to 10, rain is expected, on some days - heavy rain, in mountainous areas - rain turning into snow.
In the west of the country, a decrease in air temperature at night is expected from + 4 + 10 ° C to - 2-7 ° C, during the day from + 7 + 15 ° C to - 2 + 5 ° C.
Winter-like frosty weather is forecast for the second half of the month. With the invasion of cold air masses, the thermometer readings on the coldest days will drop:
in the north, center and east of the republic at night to -15-24°C, during the day to -7-12°C;
in the west and in the southern half of the country at night to -3-15°C, during the day to 0.-7°C.
In place of cold days with the removal of warm air masses from Central Asia and the Mediterranean Sea, it will warm up during the day:
in most of the republic to +3+8°C;
in the southern half to +8+15°C.
In general, the air temperature is expected to be around normal throughout the republic.
The amount of precipitation in November is forecast to be around normal in most of the republic; above normal - in West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, most of Pavlodar, northwest Atyrau, Aktobe regions, the northern half of Kostanay, north of Akmola, Abay region and East Kazakhstan region. Less than normal precipitation is predicted in most of Turkestan, Zhambyl, Almaty and Zhetysu regions, in the southeast of Kyzylorda and in the extreme south of Karaganda and Abay region.
