In 2018/19 MY, Kazakhstan increased grain export volumes to 10.8 mln tonnes, declared the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Saparkhan Omarov on July 5.
At the same time, the Minister specified that the reporting estimations are just preliminary. Also, S.Omarov stressed the recent trend of the growth of the exports of Kazakh grains.
In the previous years, the export volumes totaled nearly 8-9 mln tonnes, but in the reporting year Kazakhstan exported more than 10 mln tonnes. In the new year, the supplies will reach the same level, the Minister said.
